The River Road Inn was built by
Dale Royer and Kathleen Burk, a couple with a vision of what could be on the
apple orchard property purchased in 2002. The original
farm house was destroyed by fire during the initial
restoration, but rather than abandon the project, they built
the main building from scratch, and remodeled the carriage
house for rental
